There is a group of people here on this planet that we can say are from higher dimensions.
They have higher natural energy within their persons.

No, it is all a simulation.

Simulations:

Simulations are not the same as a matrix.
The simulations are what actually runs, controls and creates the artificial reality on earth.

They are a consciousness construct. 

They are affecting the consciousness of everything but it’s a simulation that also 
knows your consciousness because it overlays it
because your thoughts happen before you speak or act. 

Surveillance at the highest level happens in a simulation. 

Just in case you think you are going to break free;
the labyrinth is right there to slap you down. 
It’s that illusion there is a free wide-open space that you can run anywhere and there is no glass ceiling,
and you can create any business you want to create. 
The simulation is going to shut the door in your face when you are going in what it considers the wrong way.
Simulations can be programmed to make sure certain countries go up and others go down, same with certain people.

The Matrix:

We are all aware of the movie called "The Matrix", and in the movie they talk about taking the Red Pill or the Blue Pill,
and if you take the Red Pill you are shown what life is like outside the matrix.
Wrong!
That just means you entered level 5 of the Matrix and now you’re seeing other matrices, like the gray, purple, blue and red.
You are not getting anywhere out of the game.

There was one Master Matrix and many additional matrices.
Every single one of the matrices was tied to your human either by etherical implants or overlays or pheromones or dark essence,
but whatever it was, it was also in you as a person.
It was over laying, inner laying, outer laying and under laying all of existence.

Now you know why it was so hard to connect to Source.
They did everything they possibly could to make that not possible.
Then their final plans were to completely disconnect you from organic life so your thought processes,
everything you did within your day would be the result of inorganic AI systems. 
It was all about the matrix, which was all encompassing,
inorganic AIs with the goal to eventually erase all organic life from the multiverse. 

Languages:

Most languages spoken outside of earth and even our languages here are based on frequencies.
We look at languages as a combination of letters or symbols,
but in reality, it is emitting a frequency into the universe so that others can understand.
Those frequencies are often emitted by the brain first in thought form before they actually come out of your mouth.
So, most of the others that communicate with humans do so by reading brain frequencies
that are emitted from your brain so they can actually understand you.
They have also learned to communicate with us in frequencies we call telepathic communication as well.
